Description: 1987 Quail birds on driftwood by Matthew Placzek and signed by him. Please see all photos as they are a part of the listing and description. There are only minor flows with the piece due to age. 1. The feather on one of the birds head is missing, and some of the thorns on the cactus are missing. I do not see any other flows. Whrn looking at the work done on the feathers, they look so real. The wood he worked in was very soft. I found lots of examples of his work on the internet. His biography says he was born in 1964 in Columbus, Nebraska.
