Description: Here is a very nice Wizard Type H friction magneto. It is in great shape. I hooked it up to a 12 volt battery and it spun just as it should. It is not meant to be able to start an engine but is meant to take the place of the batteries once the engine is running. It in itself will not produce a spark that will jump an air gap.
