Witchcraft #2 CGC 3.5 Restored A-1 Color Touch Top Right, Skull Cover 1952

Description: Grader Notes: Restoration includes: small amount of color touch on cover, cover reinforced. Color touch (Acrylic or water color small area(s)) Right Top A-1 Left Center Front Cover Small Bend Breaks Color Left Top Back Cover Multiple Chip Out Right Bottom Front Cover Crease Right Center Front Cover Crease Right Center Whole Book Stain The last 4 pictures show three possible creases which have color touch in the top right corner. They run diagonal from top left to bottom right. First goes above the "L" and into the "!." Second ends on the "0" in "10c." I believe these two clearly have color touch. The third goes between the "A" and "T." It's hard to tell if there's color touch here through the slab. If there is, it's very slight and partial. There are a couple of bends and the stain that could be removed or at least improved. I think it could get to 4.0 or 4.5 conserved, even with the color touch removal. If one wanted to remove the cover reinforcement to get to universal, hard to say what the grade would be without know how much reinforcement there is.
