The style is a Ballon or Blouson valance which means it can be fluffed up to look like the photo or it can just be left alone to be a straight gathered/ruffled look. This valance (2 identical ones are available ) is NEW but the original packaging plastic zip bag is lost. I have placed the item inside a new plastic bag with the original cardboard info sheets included. I also have one lined drapery panel in this Apple Blossom pattern which I’ll list shortly. It’s also new without packaging.
