Description: I've read quite a few blogs on these and there seems to be some differences in opinions on what they were actually used for; ice or wood? I believe these are cast iron. They are stamped with a 3 on the upper part of shaft. They measures 20 1/2" from the top of the handle to the longest end of hook. When closed, the expansion is 10 3/4" from inside to inside.Hooks are 3" deep. Handle loops are approximately 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" Weighs approximately 5 lbs.ANY REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
