Description: Here we have a fabulous mid-century modern, one-of-a-kind, French Art Pottery figurine signed by the artist, Lucien Neuquelman (1909-1988, France.) Circa 1960s. Stands 3.5" tall. Depicts young lovers shyly seated together at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. Very clean and fresh, but with a significant repair. The young man has been glued to the piece at his ankle on the leg that is touching the base, and the legs of the bench on which he is seated have also been glued to the base. Only the ankle break/repair is noticeable. Otherwise minty, with no other issues.
