The book measures apx. 7 1/4 x 9 5/8 in. (WxL) Cand contains 1434pp with maps at end of book. Damaged condition (see photos and full description). Clear illustrations and text; hinges loose but binding tight; clean interior; toning, scattered foxing, and stains due to age; red stained edges strong; edge and spine wear with small closed tears at head of spine and losses to foot of spine due to burn damage from back cover; covers soiled, scuffed and faded with severe losses to lower part of back cover (front cover as read from right to left) through p.22 from what appears to be burn damage, and some moisture waves at top (see photos); corners bumped; name inscribed on endpaper, "William LeRoy Underwood."
