HERE WE HAVE: A vintage or possibly antique serving tray! Looks to be silverplate on copper if I had to guess. The bottom has a hallmark that looks like an animal, a crescent moon, and some sort of bird and then the number "3118". Using an American Silverplate hallmark website, I identified it as Crescent Silverware Co. of New York. The company appears to have been around from 1922 to 1977.Tray is pretty intricate, with floral and swirly engravings. Looks like it'd be used by a butler or a server at a fancy party but could also be used as a centerpiece. CONDITION: Being sold as is, definitely shows some age. The silverplate has worn away throughout, leaving the copper coloring beneath exposed. There's tarnish and pitting-like spots scattered around. General discoloration, scuffs, and scratches all around as well. May look better with a proper cleaning and polishing but I don't know! Please see photos!
