Soaked in a lye bath then placed in an electrolysis tank for 24 hours. Seasoned 3x with grapeseed oil and baked in an oven at 475* each time to establish polymerization. Beautiful cooking surface. No cracks or chips on the fryer itself however, the lid has a crack and the handle is cracked as well. It does not effect cooking and ready to put back into service. 10 inches in diameter & 3 inches deep.
