Description: Visually, this RITCHIE GLOBE MASTER MODEL SS-5000 MARINE COMPASS is in Poor condition. The black paint that covered the mounting ring is gone showing green patinated metal. There are fasteners stuck in place. The globe has a chip, some fine scratches and a couple of nicks, but still looks pretty good. No haze. Black 5" card. Early PowerDamp model. A few areas of corrosion. Globe is full and compass works as it should. Compensation screws turn and compass adjusts. Backlight not tested and wire does have a nick.
