Description: This is a used, working Penn Long Beach No. 66 conventional style saltwater fishing reel. It is in working order - reel moves smoothly, clicker turns on and off and is loud, free spool control works as intended, star drag is strong and adjustable (albiet a little roughly). The mounting bar on the bottom of the reel is in place with only one wingnut however. There are obvious signs of wear and it could use a cleaning but it's functional and the build is solid.
