Description: The best gift for Tea Lovers who enjoy having a cup of tea and at times invite a friend to join them. What better way to make them feel special. We all need that once in a while and you have to admit it is more pleasant than pouring a cup of hot water over a teabag. This is an ORIGINAL James Sadler Teapot. Not antique but is Over 80 years old. With the name and location of manufacturing printed on the bottom, it was easy to research. From what I found it dates the teapot to around 1937. Approximately 6.5” tall and 9.5” wide, handle to spout. The teapot is painted in a calming shade of Blue, perfect for relaxing while having a nice cup of tea. The Silver accents add a little charm and shine. The hole that is in the lid serves as a beneficial element. It allows air to flow inside the pot and prevents air being drawn in through spout. This makes the tea pour nicely with no sudden 'intake' of tea causing splashing while being poured. The lid will rest on and sit into the pot when you line up the opening in the top of pot, rotate until the small 'catch bumps' move giving a more "secure fit".(however it is advisable to help hold the lid being careful not to let the steam or heat of the pot come in direct contact with your skin). It won't take long until you have yourself 2-4 cups of nice hot tea, or to share the experience with a friend. Information on the "FORLIFE FineTea Infuser The For Life Tea Infuser is an easy way to make tea pretty much where you want a fresh hot cup of tea. It is made to fit over most sized mugs or cups for making one cup of tea at a time. The infuser here has stationary bars, they do not fold down. You just set the infuser across the top of a cup or mug and it fits securely for steeping your tea. You can taste the difference when using tea leaves, giving more flavor to a cup of tea than one made using a tea bag.. Care: Instructions for the FineTea Infuser + Use caution when handling hot water + Let boiling water cool down a tad before pouring it in the infuser + Use baking soda to gently clean tea stains as needed
