Description: Up for sale a gilt oxidized copper finish bronze Thai Deity Prince figure playing a lute from Thailand circa 1950's. This bronze sculpture was probably made for the tourist trade. The lithe, attenuated and feminized figure of the Thai Deity Prince sits on a rectangular base with gilded embellishments with one knee down and the other up. The figure wears a nicely detailed, gilded and embellished garment that exposes his chest as well as a gilded crown. The whole patinaed bronze sculpture measures 11.5" H x 8" W x 5" D. The rectangular base is 1.5" H x 8" W x 5" D and the figure itself measures 10" H x 9" W x 5" W. Good vintage condition. Free insured shipping.
