Description: Vintage Beatrix Potter Hunca Munca Mouse Plush by Eden Toys (1972) Thanks for visiting my listing! It is for the adorable vintage Beatrix Potter Hunca Munca plush pictured. From the little bit of internet research I've done, she appears to be from a line of Beatrix Potter plushies manufactured by Eden Toys. Although her tush tag is not dated, I've seen new versions of her with a paper tag stating she was copyrighted in 1972. Beatrix Potter wrote The Tale of Peter Rabbit and other similar stories. Hunca Munca is from The Tale of Two Bad Mice published in 1904. This Hunca Munca plush is in good vintage condition. Her most notable flaw is that her little pink felt paws are damaged/missing. She is decently clean but her head does smell somewhat musty. Her tail has come unstitched a bit. And, her feet are also a little dingy. I hand-washed her dress, so it looks pretty good. I did note some yellowing on the apron during washing, but I can't tell overly much now that her clothes are dry and back on her. She is about 10.5 inches tall from her bottom to top of her ears.
