Description: This little bank was a purchase at an Estate Auction. It measures appx 3" tall x 2" wide. It is metal with - I believe a black thin leather covering (like a book). There is NO key with it. The writing on the front is faded but I can make out: "The Morris Plan Bank of Philadelphia" "Member Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation" and "The Morris Plan" is in the center of the diamond.The side of the "book" at the top - reads: "Tom Thumb"The bottom - has the key hole and written "Farrington U.S.A."
