(Sorry, not happy about this,either!). Flint Wheel does not turn. Still needs cleaning and/or servicing. Needs Lighter Fluid. Box has yellowed and has tape residue on it. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described". Item sold "AS-IS"--see photos. Please ask questions prior to bidding. NO REFUNDS.
