Description: 1938 EVINRUDE ELTO “PAL” 1.1 hp Outboard Motor in extremely clean condition. Serial# 4253-01187. I purchased this Outboard many years ago. I spent several hours cleaning it up. It has not been refurbished, but it looks great in its original patina. Motor turns over easily and has no broken or missing parts. The Gas Tank does have a couple of dings though. Please take a look at the pictures. Outboard comes with the Stand you see in the pictures. It’s very sturdy with a 15” diameter base, non-skid rubber bottom, and Vintage style “Evinrude” decal plaque that holds the wooden handled Starter Rope. Also included is an “Original” ELTO PAL Owners Manual. It’s a little scuffed up on the cover, but appears to have all 12 pages with lots of details about the “PAL” Outboard. I have it sitting on the bottom of the Stand. You can move it or hang it up wherever you want. This would be a great “project” outboard to bring back to life, disassemble paint and buff to a shine, or just enjoy its Vintage look exactly like it is right now. Would get lots of compliments at your dock or Lake House! Motor and Stand will be shipped covered, surrounded by bubble wrap and the “Stand” may be partially disassembled.
