Victorinox Rucksack Swiss Army Knife

Description: The Victorinox Rucksack is a large (4 3/8 in. / 111 mm) three layer Swiss Army knife with a locking main blade and the tools most people find useful. Most Rucksack knives are made with a red matte finish with the Victorinox cross stamped (not inlaid) on one scale. If you carry it in your pocket the cross wears off in 6 months or so. This Rucksack is a B. I would keep it except I already have two. One is new and on display at my office; the other has a leather thong on the lanyard ring and often goes in my hip pocket when I head for the woods. The Rucksack has a large locking blade with a bayonet point, can opener with small screwdriver, bottle opener with large screwdriver, wood (or bone) saw, corkscrew, awl, toothpick, tweezers, and lanyard ring. I am primarily a collector, but searching for new and unusual models often brings me duplicates and perfectly useful knives that I cannot keep. I share these on eBay. I classify knives by condition according to the scale below. Grading Scale: A+ new in box, with paperwork. Box may be worn, but the knife has never been carried, sharpened, or used. Collector or museum quality. A new or like new, but no box or paperwork. Collector or museum quality. B+ Excellent condition, no obvious wear, clean, tight, complete. Good for a collector, but probably not a museum. B Excellent condition with some wear on the scales (handles). Clean, tight, complete, but the Swiss cross may be barely visible. A great carrier but not pretty enough for a collector’s display. B- Some wear but still an excellent carrier. Clean, tight, complete. C+ A good carrier. Clean and complete with excellent utility value. C A good used pocketknife but nothing more. Everything is there and it all works, but if you dropped it in the creek you might not jump in to retrieve it. D Sold as is. Might be useful for parts or dissection. F You’ll never see this because they end up in my trash can. If you are not happy with your purchase when you get it, send it back. I’ll refund your purchase price.
