UNFISHED KL-2 Lazy Ike in SCARCE CAMEO BOX from 1960s; No Longer Made

Description: On offer is an unfished, older than vintage, Mid-20th Century KL-2 in its correct cameo box made circa 1960 by the old Lazy Ike Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa. This fine collectible was produced prior to the acquisition of the brand by Pradco and is no longer being manufactured. This unfished lure and its box are in excellent condition. This very nice combination is preowned and used. Please review the foregoing description and photographs carefully. I gently clean my sale items; however, I do not alter or modify them in any way. Anglers and collectors often prefer to own and use older tackle, especially earlier versions of lures still being manufactured, or models and patterns that have been discontinued. Older lures are often more valuable, have proven track-records of success, and are generally better made than many of today's versions. Frankly, older lures, especially those made out of wood, are just better investments. I have fished and collected vintage tackle since 1955, and am committed to displaying and describing my sale items precisely to the best of my knowledge and ability. I rate the condition of an item on a scale of poor to excellent. I factor in age when making this assessment. The older an item, the more acceptable are wear and minor flaws.
