Description: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This was a custom-made costume from China. It is unique because the costume is hallmarked by a long, bustled skirt that I have not seen in any of the resale markets. It was made in 2018. I no longer have the specifics but can tell you that I am 5'2". The skirt is NOT elastic and the material is NOT stretchy. It has no give, but it zips on the side. Please know before buying that this is designed for a Size 0-2 waistline. When I wore it those many years ago, I think I had to hike the skirt so I could get it past my hip just so I could zip it. It was not comfortable and I never sat down. I wore it for about four hours total to go trick or treating with my daughter. I didn't configure the size correctly for China's clothing market. I was wearing 4-6 clothing with a 29 inch waistline in 2018. My daughter, who is now 5'2", wears 0-2 clothing and the skirt fits her very nicely. The jacket and blouse would be consider XS/S. It had a snug fit for me in 2018, but my arms and back were muscular. It would be a comfortable fit for someone sized 0-2 with the option to cinch the jacket, but you must purchase your own laces. The material is sturdy so the costume has a heavy feel. It will be perfect on a crisp, Halloween night. Please note that a grommet is missing from the jacket and the bow-tie will have to be attached to the blouse with a safety pin unless you come up with different design to do so.
