Most likely signed during their time touring in America after the 2nd World War, when they dropped the Von from their name and were known as the Trapp Family Singers. Signed by Maria Trapp, 7 members of the Trapp family and their conductor and family priest Franz Wasner. The Von Trapp Family were immortalised in the film, The Sound of Music.
