I cannot control the USPS and sometimes they do loose mail. If the package is Returned To Sender due to: insufficient address, wrong address, addressee unknown or any reason given of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging. I will ask you of the new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package or I can issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
