The .25" additional length is insignificant and has no impact on ride or handling.. They have black bodies with dual black springs. The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The spring tension is 5 way adjustable. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The proper grommets and metal bushings are already installed for ease of installation. These shocks come ready to install as they are with no further modification required.
