After 4-5 years after owning your hot tub u will notice inner valve and top thread on cap leak and need to be replaced. Best time to change out valve is when draining hot tub. Changing the whole valve assembly can be involved and should have plumbing experience. No worries if u dont have experience if the housing is not leaking than its a simple 15 min repair. By taking out the new inner valve, seals and o-rings and swop to your old housing. This is a brand new updated revision valve knob assembly.
