Description: This is a Slipknot full Halloween mask with spikes, worn only once. Purchased around 2009. Mask itself is in excellent structural condition. Missing one foam pad from inside as well as four spikes. Two of the spikes are bent or crushed from storage. Missing spikes can be replaced with 1/4" round long drinking straws. They just slip on.
