Saskatchewan Moose Jaws Lumber Climax Locomotive by MDC/Roundhouse (tc #4282)

Description: Listing is for a discontinued/out-of-production, HO (1/87th) scale, Climax locomotive by MDC/Roundhouse that comes in its original box. Item # was 2773.With its green and yellow body with a colorful Saskatchewan Moose Jaws Lumber emblem, it is a really nice looking steam locomotive. Numerous details that have been added (see pictures).The engine was tested and ran well (albeit it noisy) but, in the interest of full disclosure, it can stall (I found that reversing the direction one or two times will result in it moving again as shown in the momentary delays in the video). A good lubrication and cleaning may help.Please note that the headlight is only for decoration and does not illuminate. Also, it is NOT DCC ready. Listed as used because it has already been assembled but is in very good condition. KD knuckle couplers have been added to give it a more prototypical look.
