KELI's Hi-Speed Pulley kits has been Hawaii's "go-to" Hi-Speed Pulleys for the past 30 something years for their Honda mopeds and scooters. This is because they make your bike faster. They are well made and not over priced like many of the European brands. Best "bang for your buck" to improve your bikes performance. KELI was contracted to make these High-Speed Pulleys for KITACO of Japan many years ago. But they had a falling out with them. But they still made them and sold them under their name. These kits come with a race ramp, aka the "wheelie ramp". Back in the days, locals called it this because it was easy to wheelie with this set up. We are lucky because our parts supplier Phongeer in Taiwan tries to keep a look out for hard to find Honda 2 stroke 50cc scoot parts for us. Now comes with PG's 7gram Black Rollers. Now a days it is getting harder and harder to find Honda 50cc 2 stroke performance. This is because it's all going the way for the 4 stroke scoots.
