Description: Check out my other rare items I have listed. This pair of miniature trench art boots are very scarce. I only could find a few examples of these online. They are not common. They were done from bullet casings and made to look like leather officers or infantry men’s boots. I am not sure if they are German, English or American but they are very well done by a skilled craftsmen. More than likely it was a wounded veteran that made these around 1920. I am not positive what they were used for - perhaps for a doll, part of a table setting (maybe for salts?) or a simple novelty. They fit on the ends of my fingers perfectly as you can see in the pictures. Your guess is as good as mine. I will be happy to combine shipping when possible. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding. Payment is due within three days of the end of the auction.
