It has copper or brass nails on the side, one bigger chip to the wood as shown, some cracks and dings. Nice aged patina to the box. It measures overall 14" rim to rim, 14 3/8" to the top of the lid, it stands 6 5/8" to the top of the lid and 6 1/4" to the edge without the lid on.
