Rail King Steam Freight Train Set By MTH # 30-4245-1 Southern Pacific

Description: This is a Rail King Southern Pacific Steam Freight Set by MTH Electric Trains. It is item number 30-4245-1. It also comes with two very long track pieces that I think are add-on extras not original to the set. The box shows wear and doesn’t have a lid. The interactive dvd that is supposed to come in this set is not included. TESTING: The testing I did was that I assembled the track except for the two long track pieces. I installed the app on my phone and was able to run the train. I tested the sound effects which worked fine. I turned off the steam feature before running the train, as I did not want to cut open the smoke bottle. I actually think the smoke bottle could be empty, I am not sure if it leaked out, was used up or simply the nozzle needs to be cut off; the smoke bottle sounds empty and is lightweight. I cannot guarantee the smoke feature will work, simply because I did not test it. There are minor paint chips on the train parts itself, as this is a used set. I have multiple photos and videos, but only so many of them will fit into this listing. I did find the train derails pretty easily, but that is probably user error. I am not very familiar with this product, as I am selling it for someone else who received it new at some point. I am happy to answer any questions as best I can.
