Description: Prewar Troxel Ladies original oil cloth cover heavy duty spring saddle! Two pan construction allows for disassembly and recovering if wanted. 9.5" l x 9.5" w x 5" h. Good used condition with overall fading and wear through to the edges of the cover. There is green paint over spray to the black painted chassis. Found on a 1941 Shelby Safe T Bike ladies 26" ballooner.
