Description: POOR CONDITION, but acceptable is the worst condition I could click. This Collector Edition of 99 Fear Street: The House of Evil is #11 out of the 12 numbered collector books in the series. This book is in POOR condition. There are large lines along the spine, although the binding is good except the on very beginning and very end pages/covers. The 3 last pages in the book have been (it looks like) cut out (I am unsure why, but they were the about author and advertisement pages). None of the actual story is missing. The pages at the front of the book that lists other Fear Street titles is heavily marked on. There is yellowing to the pages and some small folds, but overall good condition to all of the actual chapter pages. The inner covers are stained and weak. The cover has many nicks, some chips, small corner folds, large lines along/near spine, and a rip/fold near bottom spine (a few pages in the front have a crease caused by this. The back cover is damaged with many creases, large folds along/near spine, chips/nicks, and a large tear along the spine (from the outside it looks like the top corner is missing, but it has folded inside the book). This is readable, but does not look like an amazing display book.
