Description: Patrick Ewing - Georgetown Hoyas Memoribilia Scrapbook Original Photos SI Hello! This is a really cool and unique item. This belonged to a Patrick Ewing & Georgetown Hoyas super fan, and was something they made themselves. It’s over 40 pages….covered front and back….with newspaper clippings and stats from their NCAA Championship run. I couldn’t include all of the pages in the listing, but there’s more, FYI. It includes at least 10 original photos from Hoyas games. Most are of Ewing (and some are blurry…..it was the era of the disposable camera, kids….no retakes, sorry). There’s one of him laying on his back under the rim, looking exhausted, but smiling….that’s my personal favorite one. There’s also one of Ewing about to do an alley-oop it looks like ….then one where he’s about to dunk it, with Akeem Olajuwon looking on…that’s pretty rad as well. There’s also at least 3 different Sports Illustrated articles about Ewing or the Hoyas that are stapled in there. The guy cut out the entire article, each page, and stapled them in the book as well. It’s really something of a time past….scrapbooks…the super fan cutting out newspaper articles and carefully pasting them, etc….there’s something very sweet & innocent about scrapbooks. Well, you know….unless it’s a serial killer cutting out newspaper clippings and making a different kind of scrapbook. Then, eh…not sweet & innocent. The scrapbook is in excellent condition….as is the pasting/scrapbooking work, it’s all very well done and preserved. No rips or tearing of pages or articles. The book itself and the pages are very sturdy as well.
