I obtained them through an auction in a pen lot.I do NOT know if these contain any precious metal. If I can trust what I am reading they MAY be plated 23k gold.These do NOT say "Insignia" on the rounded part between the barrel and cap, Just Parker, Made In USA and the date code IL and IILNo papers.
