We will discuss refunds and shipping costs in that event. You may be asked to help fill out claims forms in the case of lost or damaged items. The claims process may take up to two months so please do not expect an immediate refund. However, I will do everything in my power to make sure that no one comes out of a claim as a loser! If you are unwilling to work with me during a claim then DO NOT BID! Combined Shipping: The shipping for combined auctions will be based on actual rates. If you win multiple items they will be placed in a single shipping container and re-weighed.
