Description: OFFERED WITH NO RESERVE, STARTING PRICE/BID IS HONORED. THE BUY IT NOW IS JUST OPTION. Pair of 19th century Chinese Famille Verte vases/table lamps, green areas appears to have sgraffito, but not the scenes. The hardware cap on each top has a crack, shown in photos. One wood base has a crack (Also shown in photo) to the top of. Electric cord has been updated to at least one, at some point of time, though I recommend updating both to present standards. The light sockets are two different manufactures. The top half of each vase has two scenes (one on front and back) of a single female, though facing the reveresed/opposite direction on the opposing lamp. The bottom half has 4 scenes of people, being the same/matching scene on opposites sides, again with the opposing lamp having the same scenes, but facing the reversed/opposite direction, see photos. Lamps measure approximately 15 1/2" tall to top of socket(s) with wood base included. The vase(s) themselves are about 10" tall, more or less. Ebonized wood base(s) measures approximately 5 1/2" wide on each side. No damages noted to the porcelain vases. No harps or shades included. If you like the shape of these lamps, there is another pair, with a different scene, on the 1st dibs site. See photos for more details.
