Description: I am offering here USPS Form/Label 888. This is a tracking number label and were previously known as Form/label 400. Label 400 used to be available from the USPS for everyone but, since Jan 22, 2023 they have been discontinued for the retail customer. They are available only for commercial customers as Label 888 and, have to be obtained from their meter provider. Many mailers including myself used to use these labels when they were available at the post office for mailing packages using stamps. I have obtained labels 888 in more quantity than I would use. I thought distributing the extra would help some out. So, this is my post for that. I am offering these as 72 labels per person and per address, as long as I have them in stock. 72 labels because that is the maximum that will fit a #6 envelope and keep the thickness below 1/4 inches (which is the maximum thickness allowed for a First Class envelope) and one per person and address is because I want my extra stock to be distributed to as many people as is possible. Please make only one order with me for these. If you order more then, I will send only 72 and refund the remainder amount and if you order again at a later date then, I will cancel your order. I hope you understand. Please know that this is not really a sale - I am not making any profit (and have no intention of doing so) at all from this listing. The price is to cover Ebay fees, cost of mailing, amount I paid for the labels and, a tiny handling fee. Do not forget the following rule of the USPS (Copy/pasted here from the page at www(dot)usps(dot)com/ship/packages.htm and 'Step 6') -"If your package uses stamps and is more than one-half inch thick or weighs more than 10 oz, you must take it to a Post Office counter and give it to the Retail Associate at the counter. If you printed the postage using Click-N-Ship or at a USPS kiosk, you can use any method to drop off your packages." Thank you!
