Vintage This piece was painted by me back in 2005 on an old hard back book cover and stored away in my personal collection until recently, it was kind of dusty and really old looking so I spruced it up with some repainting and a fresh matt finish clear coat. I couldn't make up my mind on the title, have a few that i was considerng but I like self portrait best. Ready for a new home. REUSE, RECYCLE, REINVENT! SAVE THE EARTH! I strive for minimal impact on the earth and reducing green house gas by using found materials for my creations. I mostly paint on found wood headed for the landfill and use recycled / reclaimed latex paint left over from home projects in my county. There might, be nicks, dings, chips places that are not fully covered in paint or other imperfections. Each piece is Hand created and unique. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, digital imaging, pc and monitor settings and my color perception. Listed artist in the 3rd edition of "Self Taught Outsider Folk Art GUIDE to AMERICAN FOLK ARTIST" by Betty Sullen. Also listed in decoypedia.com and fishdecoys.net, and numerous other online sites.
