This work was done in Beijing, China by Zhang Xiuzhen whose pen name is "San Yang". She is a rather famous artist in Northern China and has been painting since 1958. Her work has been seen in many international exhibitions around the world over the last decade. This is known as 'free hand style" painting. This style of painting is done quickly with broad and powerful strokes. Painted with watercolour and special Chinese ink on thick rice paper with gold leaf speckles.Measurements: 32 cm x 32 cm [12.5 ins x 12.5 ins] The images shown are typical of the appearance of this series, but since they are hand painted by the original artist, each one is unique and has its own special characteristics. I do combine for all shipping; it's impossible to note this given different weights and sizes listed.
