The low background steel was taken from the torpedo blisters on the side of the hull of the USS Texas during restoration. The USS Texas was the flagship of the US Fleet from 1927 until 1941. This is an opportunity to own a historic piece of art made from steel from the USS Texas Battleship which was decorated with 5 battle stars during WW2! This steel was forged into an incredible objet d'Art by Blacksmith and artist Jeff Workman.
