If the laser in your PS3 Slim is mounted on a KEM-460AAA manifold then simply replace the entire unit with this one. If you have any other PS3 Slim you will need to re-use the existing manifold you have by removing the inner laser unit and replacing it with this one. The laser units are all the same.
