This is a deck that is centered around Sigil of the Empty Throne. With that in mind, the deck's focus is to put enchantments onto the field that trigger the sigil. Combining that with an angel theme creates a strong field presence that will be hard to cope with by your opponents. Given that Aegis of the Gods and Underworld Coinsmith are enchantments as well as creatures makes them great triggers for your sigil. Add in the granted hexproof, life gain and the ability to life loss your opponents just sweetens the pot. Then there are 16 humans to grant indestructible and hexproof to your Angelic Overseer. 4 copies of them are Mesa Enchantress which will keep filling your hand with gas as you play your enchantments. In the center of the deck is a small engine utilizing the following cards: Sigil of the Empty Throne + Mesa Enchantress + Flickering Ward This may not seem very strong at first glance. But it is quite effective at grinding away another deck's ability to cope with it. When 2 white mana means getting a 4/4 flying angel and a card draw while granting protection from a chosen color to your biggest threat can be huge. And the more mana you have in play the better it gets. Making this deck pretty inevitable. Then the rest of the deck synergizes with the other cards either by being repeatable enchantments or supporting your win conditions. Finally, Angelic Destiny and Greater Auramancy are in the deck to help insure your victory. Angelic Destiny makes any creature you have a threat and will never go away. Greater Auramancy will nearly guarantee everything you play sticks around.
