Only date stated is "1845" on bottom of title page. 7 3/4" tall hardcover with leather spine and corners. 2 1/2" split along front spine seam. Heavy wear to leather. Rubbing to boards. Condition of boards is probably consistent for a book 177 years old. PO has stamped her name on the ffep and title page. Splitting/separation along the front and back end pages seams. A few numbers written on backside of back end page. Pages are tight. Flipping through the book I saw a few spots but majority of pages are clean/unmarked. 478 pages. The book is obviously showing age but the interior pages are in Very Good to Fine condition. Returns accepted ONLY for items NOT AS DESCRIBED.
