All pieces are still in the package, except for the 4 large tires and rims that are loose.(The other tires and rims are in the sealed bags.) There are no instructions in this kit. Not realizing the new condition, I had opened the box, but it was not taped or sealed so may have been opened previously.Postage is calculated by eBay based on the weight and dimensions of box I could fit the kit in. Since it is considered an extra large practice, the shipping is high. If at time of purchase I have a smaller box that fits the set, I will send invoice with any reduction in shipping.
