Description: I can't guarantee that the dispensers will stay on the cards. There were others that are in this lot that were on cards. The cards were essentially separated from the plastic. I cleaned them up. It is possible I missed some residue; so some of them may need some sprucing. I haven't checked any of the springs. Just from general experience, none are heavily drooping. The conditions all seem to be either in new or barely used condition. That is just my opinion. I did not give them all a major check up. If ever there are any issues, just let me know.
