Description: Kenwood TS-520SE in good working condition. Tested on the bench and on the air with good signal reports. Has SSB & CW filters installed. Has full output on all bands. Meter in photo #3 is not included in the auction, it is to demonstrate power output. Auction includes the radio with power cord, no microphone included. I am experienced packing large heavy items and will pack this unit to ensure safe arrival at the winning bidders location. I am an extra class amateur operator. I test and describe the items I sell to the best of my ability. All international shipments are by USPS Priority mail international. International bidders are responsible for all customs fees. When a buyer fails to pay for an item, the only recourse sellers have is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay to have the auction fees paid by the seller refunded. Ebay allows 4 days for a buyer to make payment arrangements before they allow sellers to open a non-paying bidder complaint. If I do not receive payment or otherwise hear from a winning bidder within 4 days, a non-paying bidder complaint will automatically be opened by the EBAY automated seller assistant software. Shipping Address Information: I use the eBay seller assistant to print shipping labels. It copies the address information listed on the buyers eBay/Paypal account. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure that the address listed on their account is current and correct. I will not accept responsibility for a shipment being sent to the wrong address if the buyer provides an incorrect address on their eBay/Paypal account.
