Description: Up for sale is a very nice looking Vintage Icom IC-31 UHF transceiver. No microphone. This is the Japan domestic version, so the band plan is different. The transceiver powers up, everything lights up. Unfortunately, it does not transmit and does not have receive audio. Everything was checked over and we could not find a problem. Some vintage radios require that a microphone be plugged into the radio for it to work properly. Don't have the mic. or the 3 pin connector for the radio. Might make a nice addition to someone collection of Icom radios or someone knows what the problem is. Radio sold as is. for parts/not working for the reason listed above. Transceiver will be bubble wrapped, packed in a heavy duty box and shipped FedEx ground.
