We buy from large recognized companies that do not keep in their inventory low quality spare parts. Used items are identified as such where possible. Sometimes the factories buy an item, test it out for an intended application, that does not work out as they planned and they shelf the item for potential future use. Many of our used items are like new because of this. We do not sell heavily used items, the scrap yard gets those.
