This is not a custom-made ladle made from a knife handle, it is the 'real deal' made by International Silver Co.As you can see by the photos, this appears to be new-old-stock and has never been used. There is no patina or used marks on it anywhere.It comes in its original box in its original custom sized poly-bag with the original packing tissues.There are 2 scuffs on the cardboard box lid as shown in the last photo. If you can live with those, you'll be extremely pleased with this auction.Recommendation: Quite frequently I see ladles like this get scratches and dings on them because they are poorly stored in a flatware chest with the rest of the pieces.
