There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading/spot fading, soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, notable corner push, spine upper/lower end rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge soil/spot soil or staining, edge nicks, and yellowing/tanning of pages. Moisture or age staining on front end page and in the gutter. A few of the page edge stains extend slightly onto pages. Some pages have age or humidity staining similar to the front end page. Some pages have light smudges or fingerprints. Front cover has staining or browning. Front cover lower edge has fade area from cleaning. Back cover has fading near lower edge from cleaning. Spine shows slightly more fading than covers. Cover outer corners are well pushed. Cover outer corners are well rubbed showing board and slight fray. Spine edges are rubbed with the a couple of the corners showing board and fray. The front upper spine corner is rubbed enough to show board. Spine back edge is well rubbed. Back cover lower edge has a chaff spot showing board for about 3/8". The cover page has separation from the spine about half of the page from top to center. Hinges are visible between pages the photo page and cover page, 188 and 189, and again in back. In back, some of the hinges are split. Hinges are stretched. All pages are intact.
